Kim Williams Timpa
Kim Williams Timpa is a lifelong resident of Rockwall, Texas, and graduate of Rockwall High School. Kim earned a business degree from Baylor University, and a juris doctorate degree from Baylor Law School in 1993. She has practiced Family Law in and around Rockwall County for over thirty years. As the North Texas area has grown, so has her law firm. Now, in addition to Family Law, the attorneys at Timpa Law Office also practice in various areas including: probate, wills/trusts, estate planning, real estate, and business matters.
Kim is deeply rooted in the Rockwall community and is a member of the Rockwall County Bar Association, a former board member and member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, a life-long member and former trustee of the First United Methodist Church of Rockwall, a founding member of the Professional Women’s Alliance, a former board member of Rockwall County Helping Hands, a founding member of Rockwall Young Professionals, a founding member and former board member of the Rockwall Independent School District Education Foundation, a former board member of the Child Advocacy Center, and a former member of the Lone Star Chapter of National Charity League.
Kim’s father, the late Jimmy W. Williams, was superintendent of the Rockwall Independent School District, with a tenure spanning more than two decades. The J.W. Williams Middle School in Rockwall was named after Mr. Williams in honor of his many years of devoted service to the community. All of Kim’s children attended school in the Rockwall Independent School District and still reside in Rockwall with their families today.

Caitlin M. Henderson
Caitlin Henderson was born and raised in Rockwall. Caitlin graduated from Rockwall High School in 2009, and continued her education receiving both her bachelor’s degree and law degree from Texas Tech University. Caitlin is licensed to practice in the state of Texas and federally in the United States Eastern District of Texas.
Caitlin primarily focuses her practice in the area of family law, probate and estate planning, civil litigation, real estate, and business matters. Caitlin is on the advisory board of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce Professional Women’s Alliance. Caitlin met her husband David Henderson, who is also an attorney, while they were attending Texas Tech School of Law.
Caitlin and her husband have two boys who will also be attending Rockwall Independent School District.

Madisen Pittman
Madisen Pittman was born and raised in Rockwall, Texas. Madisen graduated from Rockwall Heath High School and continued on to graduate from Southern Methodist University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, Madisen went on to graduate from Texas A&M University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree in May, 2020.
Madisen developed a passion for family law when she served as a CASA volunteer during law school. Now Madisen primarily focuses her practice in the area of family law, which includes divorces, child custody matters, restraining orders, marital property, and all other aspects of family law. Madisen is a member of Rockwall Bar Association and the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce Professional Women’s Alliance.

Megan Erinakes
Megan Erinakes is a skilled and caring family law and estate planning attorney dedicated to helping families resolve their legal matters and move forward into the next chapter of their lives. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma. In 2019, Megan graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law. During her law school years, Megan received several accolades, including the Judge Merrill Hartman Distinguished Service Award for her dedication to public service.
After law school, Megan became licensed to practice law in Texas. Since then, she has been a continual member of the Texas Bar College for her accomplishments in continuing legal education. She was also a member of the 2021 Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Leadership Class, where she worked on a project to benefit the Dallas community.
In 2022, 2023, and 2024, Megan was named a “Rising Star” by Thompson Reuters, printed in Texas Monthly. She has also published articles in the Dallas Bar Association’s Headnotes newspaper and the Weekly Brief for the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Megan lives locally and is actively involved in the Rockwall community as a member of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Women’s Alliance.
Megan’s interest in the legal field was sparked when she joined her high school’s mock trial team. To this day, she remains dedicated to serving the community through her passionate legal advocacy.

Zachary J. Rivera
Zachary Rivera grew up watching his mother and father work extremely hard to provide a better life for their children. Inspired by his parent’s hard work and dedication to the betterment of their family, and resolved to make good on his parents’ efforts.
Zachary began his college education at The University of Texas at Dallas where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology. Zachary then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.
During his time at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Zachary was recognized by the University for his pro bono service and competed on behalf of the school in an ABA negotiation competition. Zachary also won a public service internship scholarship and was the Research Assistant to the Associate Dean of the School of Law. After taking the bar exam, Zachary became licensed to practice law in Texas. He focuses primarily on family law; however, he also practices criminal law and civil litigation.
In his spare time, Zachary enjoys golfing, painting, and boxing. He has two amazing dogs named Zoe and Romula and he enjoys taking them on walks.

Madison Stahl
Madison Stahl was born and raised in Longview, Texas and attended Longview High School. She graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in both Public Relations and Corporate Communications in 2020 and went on to earn her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2024.
While at Baylor Law, Madison distinguished herself as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor recognizing her advancement to the Post-Break Rounds of the Faegre Drinker Moot Court Competition. She also was selected to spend a summer interning with UP Zambia, a non-profit in Lusaka, Zambia, where she discovered her passion for advocating for children's rights.
Madison understands the emotional intensity and stress that accompany family law matters, as these cases revolve around the most precious aspects of her clients’ lives. Her top priority is to provide compassionate guidance and peace of mind to her clients while working to achieve their goals.
